Fernández Lab at Metabolomics 2026 in Buenos Aires

The Fernández Lab joined the international metabolomics community at Metabolomics 2026 — the 22nd Annual Conference of the Metabolomics Society — held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, June 21–24, 2026, under the theme "Metabolomics in Health and Disease."

Prof. Facundo Fernández presented Adduct-Specific Machine Learning for Accurate Collision Cross Section Prediction in Untargeted Metabolomics in the Machine Learning and AI Systems session, and co-chaired the Analytical Methods and Workflow Innovations session together with María Eugenia Monge.

Ph.D. student Eric Gier gave a talk on Cyclic Ion Mobility Separations of Oxidized Free Fatty Acids in the Ion Mobility and Integrated Workflows session.

Ph.D. student Elisabeth Schwiebert presented a poster on the lab's latest work.
